Vintage Chinese lacquered coromandel screen featuring a colourful scene of warriors in a landscape. The six-panel screen has thick layers of lacquer incised and painted with natural pigments in pastel style colours. The opposite side features species of trees and bamboo in a delicate gilt rendering. The screen is supported by stepped legs with a patina brass clad feet.
