Pair of Maison Baguès style, single light, tole wall sconces from Paris, circa 1950. Each light in the decorative representation of bulrushes and reeds. These wall sconces wear their original gold leaf gilding with a beautifully developed patina.
These work, however, they still have the original European wiring which isn’t to modern code in North America.
