A vibrant and healthy large hand-knotted Persian Kashan rug. Finely woven in wool on a cotton foundation, it features a classic Kashan design with a central medallion, navy field, rich red spandrels, and a dense array of floral motifs framed by multiple borders. The palette includes deep indigo, rich crimson, ivory, pale blue, and touches of olive and gold. The pile appears thick and resilient – excellent condition with minimal wear.
