Pair of Louis XVI style giltwood fauteuil giltwood armchairs, with carved detailing, recently upholstered in a neutral patterned fabric with nailhead trim. Each chair features a rectangular padded back within a carved frame, accented by beaded trim and a carved ribbon crest. The arms terminate in scroll supports above a serpentine seat, raised on fluted tapering legs.
Structurally sound and very comfortable.
