A finely made English Edwardian display cabinet, circa 1900-1910, crafted in mahogany and richly decorated with satinwood banding, delicate floral marquetry and classical urn motifs. The glazed upper cabinet features elegant curved astragal tracery beneath a dramatic pediment, while two serpentine-front drawers provide additional storage below. Raised on slender tapered legs joined by a shaped stretcher, this is a particularly graceful example of the Sheraton Revival style, combining practical display space with exceptionally attractive period inlay.
