French, 18th century, buffet deux corps in molded and carved wood. The upper half with a carved garland on the cornice and two carved and moulded doors that open to shelved cabinet storage, the lower half with two drawers over two additional cabinet doors.
This piece was originally crafted in the late 18th century (circa 1770-1790) and eventually came to be used in the atelier (workshop) of the celebrated french artist, “Henri Le Riche” (1868-1944).
