A French Louis XV style chiffonier, dating to the early 20th century. This tall, narrow chest is crafted in kingwood and tulipwood veneers arranged in a chevron pattern, with shaped drawer fronts and gilt-bronze mounts, including foliate corner ormolu and Rococo-style drawer pulls. It also features dovetailed drawers, cabriole legs finished with gilt-bronze sabots, and the top is fitted with a molded marble surface in tones of rose, cream, and ochre.
