This intricately detailed model depicts a 19th-century three-masted barque named Ramon, dated 1860 on its brass nameplate. Housed in a custom mahogany and glass display case, the model measures approximately 17 inches in length, with the case measuring 24 inches across. The vessel is outfitted with finely rendered rigging, coiled rope, spare sails, portholes, a lifeboat, and dual anchors—all handmade with care and precision.

While no official maritime records for the Barque Ramon have been located, the craftsmanship and detail suggest it was likely produced as a commemorative or educational piece, possibly by a sailor or shipwright. A distinctive addition for maritime collectors or those drawn to nautical history.
