French Louis XVI style buffet, circa 1880–1890, crafted in mahogany, satinwood and other exotic wood marquetry panels depicting neoclassical ribbon and wreath motifs. Features a rouge marble top with raised backsplash and gilt bronze mounts on the corners. Includes three upper drawers and double doors below—one side with shelves, the other with internal drawers in blond oak or beech. Diamond pattern parquetry decorates the sides.
