This Arts & Crafts tiled washstand was made by Liberty & Co, London, and retains its original ivorine maker’s plaque. Constructed in solid oak, it features splayed legs, simple panelled doors, visible joinery, and both the surface and the backsplash are set with hand-glazed square tiles. Pieces from Liberty & Co were produced in small quantities and are well-documented examples of the English Arts & Crafts movement. Circa 1900-1910.
