An exceptionally fine, authentic Persian Kashan rug featuring an uncommon and highly sought-after cornflower blue field. The composition is framed by a rich red border adorned with alternating floral rosettes and cartouches. Notably, the lower outer guard border bears the master weaver’s woven signature cartouche, denoting superior workshop craftsmanship. With a dense weave, the drawing is exceptionally sharp and articulate. Preserved in excellent condition with full, soft pile and clean, secured fringes.
