Set of six Louis XVI style dining chairs, including four side chairs and two armchairs. Constructed in burl walnut with a warm-toned finish, featuring shaped cane backs and seats within molded frames. The chairs are raised on tapered legs with capped feet and include cast gilt bronze (ormolu) mounts at the seat rail.
Two seats have been professionally recaned and appear lighter in colour, consistent with recent restoration. The remaining cane shows even wear and tone and are in good condition.
