French ebonized ‘Napoleon III’ era fall-front writing desk in mother of pearl with matching side chair. Originally belonged to Coco Chanel herself and was present in her southern French villa. Villa La Pausa was built both by the Duke of Westminster and Chanel in 1929. The two wined and dined some of the most fam0us glitterati that ruled the earth at the time. The provenance is unpresented to this day. This is from Mark’s Personal collection. NO price reduction in this rare piece.
