A very fine 19th Century French or Italian Renaissance-style cabinet in ebony with bone inlay, the door profusely inlaid with flowers, swags, griffons etc. and flanked with bone-inlaid fluted pilasters. The sides are also inlaid with contrasting stringing to the panels. The top is carrera marble inset into a shaped molded ebony edge. Circa 1875.
